ANY pro player can teach that. However, reaction speed, anticipation, muscle memory and focus are natural abilities. If you or any other player on this site lack these abilities and believe that someone like Mena's training will make you a top player... you're in for a serious let down. I've been playing fighting games and watching sports since the early 90's and never seen a player lacking these abilities get gud.
Yes, they mean 6'4" standing straight up, without hunching. If you look at how thick/muscular he is though, he'd weigh a lot more than 216 lbs. He'd likely be more like 250+.
