My patner and I have moved to the uk 6 months now but due to work n some issues we are using different addresses for the time being but hoping to get a place so we move in together I wanna know can this affect our ILR after the 5years ?

That's a good question! This video covers the process of getting ILR from a UK Spouse Visa 5-year route.
Living apart for extended periods could raise questions about the genuineness of your relationship. It's best to have a joint tenancy agreement or strong evidence you intend to live together permanently.
We recommend checking the UK government website ([invalid URL removed]) for the latest guidance on meeting the cohabitation requirement. Subscribing might bring future updates on UK immigration news.

@@njiomonansichristianfreder6374 my friend , I am not talking about theology, UK is not better country for immigration, for example if you leave UK for half year when you have visa , all your record vill be erased and you deported. They need only profit from you. They are traders . Republic of Ireland is better option for immigration-better laws . In my example I lose my status in UK because I left UK for more than half year . If you run from war or refugee , you have nothing to lose - UK may be good option for you. I mean you can lose your parents, friends etc.
