You can look at discomfort and pain as no big deal. Boring. -Time does not heal all wounds. Time does not even exist. Detachment heals all wounds. -The I am, or the true you, is always fine. My teenage grand daughter is autistic and has uncontrolable behavioral problems. Such a self- imposed form of prison. we are reading your book and discussing the analogies and concepts in, control the mind, chapter by chapter. I sense this is the only therapy or treatment that will actually help her live a happy, limitless life once practiced. So she isnt institutionalized as an adult. Your teachings came at rhe right time in our lives. Thankyou for being the unconditional conduit of what I call Spirit.

I hope this makes sense. Like for example, even "I am" should be considered a label but how are we supposed to communicate about this divine being if we wont use words to describe it.
