This gives off a very cool AoE vibe while also being having a lot of depth, interesting! Definitely needs some work during the EA, a good tutorial on the simulation wouldnt go amiss 😅 but interested to see more for sure!
Stop being so obsessed with graphics. This is totally a Pharaoh /Caesar vibe game and it's okay. Every city builder games shouldn't looks like Manor Lords or Farthest Frontier every single time.

This looks very complicated and the tutorial is a bit lacking. But I do love Sierra's citybuilders, I hope this can compare but more modern!

Graphics is not good
Think it’s just stylised, the mechanics seem really in-depth; maybe it’s a trade off..
