It's always a pleasure to see such mastery of the minutiae of a subject and the fact that the subject is intensely interesting is gravy. BTW you should publish calligraphic copies of grimoires.I bet they would sell like pierogies.

I don't have a smart phone I knew it wouldn't be a good idea. And I have a digital camera, separate from my phone, that I use for filming or photographing.

Your comment on Maimonides and how his writings, particularly the "Guide For The Perplexed", are esoteric, are spot on. On the literal reading of the Guide, it appears that Maimonides believes in creation out of nothing, and that God can interevene in the world, but when his views on prophecy, divine providence, and absolute divine simplicity, are taken into account, the literal reading doesn't hold up.

The two volume History of Western Astrology you mentioned might be the one by Nicholas Campion? It's on my Amazon wishlist... along with about a hundred other books.

I was looking for a copy of the kabbala when I got to san antonio. I found a book store in the mall and asked about it. The girl who helped me said, "you mean, satanism?" "Yes, I'm looking for satanism in the kabbala instead of the satanic bible, or Alistair Crowley, or the lesser key's of Solomon." I found a couple copies at the half price book store.

Is there a difference between Satan and Lucifer?
Also, if one of them really intended to remove the great deceiver from the thrown before being cast out, do we have all of this backwards

I agree... we need to read about fascism/communism/socialism/Nazism and the other negative -isms in order to fully understand where they came from, how they evolved, so we can avoid future tragedies.
When it comes to relativism, from the readings and studies on the subject, I see myself as cultural relativist. We are byproducts of our upbringing, environment and influences. Sure we can stand outside of all of that given if we are exposed to other ideals, ideas and influences... but by and large we are creatures of our environment. We are limited by what our culture and environment provides. For example, why are there third world nations without advanced technologies as the first world nations? There are still nations and cities on this planet without proper plumping systems, muchless have any access to more advanced tools such as machines and computers that could operate whole mega-cities and states. Are these people truly oblivious from not knowing there are better ways of living? Or are they limited by what they are exposed to from their culture, environment and influences around them? They aren't stupid that is for sure. They are just not exposed to that enough to adapt to that way of living. We are limited by what we are and aren't exposed to. That is why I like cultural relativism. It makes sense for me now with what I know at the moment. 🙃

Yes, please tell the Dalai Lama to stop throwing the term quantum physics into every other talk as if that’s necessary to show people who take sides in the science vs. religion war that Buddhism is valid.

Canceling fascist thought doesnt mean not thinking about it, it mean lets debunk their thought and silence them and not let them propagate and recruit but for sure make sensible debunking of their views available. If you look at lefttube most of what they have been doing for years was seriously analyzing and debunking fash though.
