  • Few things say barbecue like a rack of perfectly smoked ribs. This slightly hot and fast take on traditional St. Louis pork ribs is the perfect way to enjoy this BBQ favorite without babysitting a smoker for 6+ hours. The convection of the Hasty Bake grill shines thru as these savory and tender ribs only take a few hours and earn themselves a spot in your regular meal rotation.

Are you using the diffuser plate or is the fire totally exposed?

not all sugars are created equal 🤷🏻‍♂️ refined sugars, turbinado sugar, brown sugar, high fructose corn syrup, they all burn differently. Most sauces use HFCS or brown sugar, which have a lower burning point than honey.

They look very good. I will have to try some of the HB Greek seasoning on my next rack of ribs.

I love that large cutting board. Do you sell it? I only see the smaller cutting boards that fit the Hasty Bake grills.

We do not, unfortunately. Just the sizes that fit our front work tables. The board is an 18x24x2" board.

St Louis ribs normally take 4-5 hours. If someone is telling you they can do it in under 30 mins, walk away.

Hi there. We have dozens of videos teaching you how to use our grills. This one is just aimed at teaching you how to prepare and cook ribs, thus the title of the video.
