    Love your Kbell routines, always something new to learn from you, I could see how heavy the swing and lunge combo started to get, something that looks simple can be so deceiving, thanks for posting this workout Greg even though you’re being busy with your own training 🔥💪👏🐺

      Glad you liked it… Yes, the Swings and lunge combo only got harder as I went. The burpees felt like a break. The last rounds are the toughest. Give it a try and let me know how you feel

    Solid routine Greg. I can see how the kettlebell lunges would start to add up in difficulty as the burpee reps get lower. Nicely programmed session!

      Thanks… Yeah, the swing to lunge combo was tougher than I thought it would be. Got to the point where the burpees were almost a break

    How have your joints felt since adopting the high rep bodyweight routines? If you listen to the HIT bros on the internet they say that all the reps cause a lot of damage to the joints over time, but I feel like the reps actually bring awareness and circulation to the joint.

      I never had a problem with my joints, but I also take care of myself. Good warm up, cool down and a night routine to prepare for the next day.
