- We got a full tour inside The Cinderella Castle Suite at Walt Disney World. There is no other suite like it in all the other Disney parks. Every single person has the same opportunity to stay in it, but no money can buy that experience. I like that they decided to choose people at random so kids who don't have as much money are still able to be Cinderella's guests.
LateNightCrazies yes it is nice but if you do have the money why not I mean a person who can afford it could still be picked, but they should continue to also pick people at random
Robert Gandolfo Well I mean, it defeats the whole purpose of it being a fair way of winning. If you could avoid having to enter a competition and just pay to stay there I'm sure it'd cause an outburst with those who cannot afford it as you're saying rich people should be able to guarantee their own stay because they have the money
+Everything Cool Not "forever," just until the park opens the next day, and they'd let you leave if it was an emergency of course. (They don't want people wandering around a closed park unattended.)

I actually got to stay in the suite back in 2007. it was the most amazing experience I have ever had. I was the happiest 9 year old ever.

Jeon Jungkook it was a sweepstakes. I was on a certain ride in the magic kingdom, and apparently the park had chosen the ride and a numbered seat (that I happened to have sat in) and when we got off the ride they came and told us we had won a stay at Cinderella's castle. It was overwhelming, but magical.

For people wondering there is no way to purposely get this room. You're chosen to stay there but it all depends on where you are in magic kingdom. They will pick a random spot around the park and whoever is standing there at that time is chosen to stay there for a night.

It's not occupied that often, it's occasionally used for various contests, sometimes it's a reward given to an employee (again, rarely).

In Disneyland Paris they have a whole ode to Malificent and her dragon in the basement of Sleeping Beauty’s castle you might enjoy that :) I’ve never been but I’ve heard it’s cool!

They prefer to call it “The Throne”. 😁
What matters is that it's heated, splashs you w water to clean you off even better, & sparkles w/ glittery stars at night. Has rose petals for u to poop on, as well. Then bursts out perfume after. Also, it comes w/ disposable actual gold toilet paper. That's what truly matters 🤗.

It's beautiful, but also sort of dark and cramped. You can't see out of any of the windows. I think I'd start to feel uncomfortable after a while.

My family actually got picked for this, we were in Florida on vacation, and were planning on going to every park, 1st day at magic kingdom we were kinda in a secluded area there wasnt that many people, until one staff member, he was an older gentleman, and came up to us and told us we had just been picked to stay in the castle he said he normally is told to pick 2 families and we were one of the lucky families, ofc we said yes so we went back to the entrance signed a bunch of paperwork and got our bags, granted we were only able to stay the night, but boy let me tell you it's absolutely amazing, and I posted it on my Snapchat and my friends thought I was lying, so I went outside, and went back in and recorded everything and sent it to them, they were jealous 😂😂

So out of 18.3 Million annual visitors, only 365 are chosen to stay in the suite (or 730 if it’s two families [and 2 suites] per night). That’s crazy, the next closest odds would be winning the lottery.

As a former "spotter" for guests to be invited at the suite, all I'll say is this... Make sure your wearing your best footwear at the time, and smile at the park's photographers, they may not be who you think ;) Good luck. x
@creation305...I don't think they're picking people with Louis Vuitton's... pretty sure it's a reference to Cinderella's slippers... which would make sense as a way to pick people.
I think he just means that attention will be drawn to your feet if you win. Like, maybe they put a glass slipper on you or something.

Guy I work with was able to stay a week in the princess castle suite in 2017. His daughter has cerebral palsy and Make a Wish came to his family with the all expenses paid vacation to Disney and the princess suite stay. In my opinion if they only allow family's with disabled kids to stay there, then good, they deserve to have the chance to attain the unattainable hotel room. My kids are strong and healthy and I for one am damn grateful to even be able to afford a resort stay with my kids. Just my opinion.
Its kind of wrong tho if they save it only for people with downs and stuff.

Its not fair cause my parents wont pay for the tickets to go there so i should get to go there for free. I would even make a video and tell everyone how good it is. The thing is they have to pay for the airplane ride cause i dont have money for it.

I honestly would be happy just to walk around in this amazing structure. Exploring the whole Disney Castle and observing all the effort and detail to make it feel like a magical castle is enough for me.
And after exploring it, I'd celebrate with a giant turkey leg.
It feels too outdated and closed in, and it almost feels like I can see every single person that has been in that room

I am a fully grown 31-year-old man, who has no interest in being a Disney princess or any of that stuff, but having had *numerous* dreams about exploring hidden suites, I still think it would be *so* cool to get picked for this.

No. The accommodations looked claustrophobic, with no way to get a view or fresh air due to the stained glass windows. The only way in or out is a single elevator with a 24-hour guard at the bottom.
Steve Rogers I am very relieved by seeing your comment as it reveals my exact sentiments on this suite. I really don’t like it as it would cause me to feel uncomfortable as I suffer from claustrophobia. This would not be my cup of tea at all.

I like the attention to detail in the suite. Particularly the use of a toilet from Cinderella's time in 1697.
At night does Disney lock the guests in the room?
no, you have to help clean up after they close to the public
During the night you can't leave your room hence the concierge, they get everything for you. You can leave for only emergencies though.

I'm a 38 year old army veteran who recently found out I have stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I've been a Disney fan my entire life. Spent every summer here as a child. I really wish I could stay in the castle for one weekend before I leave this world but I highly doubt that will ever happen. This is as close as I'll ever come to the real thing. If by some miracle I end up finding a way to be lucky enough to experience this amazing dream I'll update this post. Otherwise, if you're reading this a year from now just know I never got the chance and I'm already passed. I kindly ask for your hope and prayers that I could make this happen. Thank you to all who take the time to read this and god bless you and your loved ones. Never take the time we have for granted!

Here's a tip that I got from a former "Spotter" As they call em'. Wear your best clothing and footwear and smile at any and everybody.
I worked in the art department at disney back in the day and remember when this was an unfinished storage area with a water cooler by the elevator door in the 1970s..man I'm old haha

These rooms back in the 1970's when the park first opened was where the switchboard operators for the whole resort were located. They moved them out as Disney grew to a larger facility on property.

I remember when this was first created I was told you were entered to win if you arrived at the parks before 9am(?) I believe. I was never entered in the contest because I kept sleeping in! Haha! Must be incredible for the people who have stayed maybe one day we will all get lucky enough to do the same!

That's why the toilet looks like that. There is a bedroom inside it.

Omg i just had my babyshower in october I had a cinderella themed because of the pumpkins and it turned out soo nice. Instead of the usual rose gold and pink people do I had the light blues, lavender, silver, gold and some pink. Ahhh I can't get enough of cinderella such a classic

Never ever been to Disneyland or DisneyWorld. Never even been out of my home state except to go a couple states over for my brothers marine thing.
Never been on a boat, never been on a plane, never been anywhere😂 I get amazing going two hours away from my house.
My boyfriend thinks it’s amazing and he thinks it’s cute when I get excited and amazed seeing land or anything far from my home. He says there’s so many places he wants to take me. ❤️
I like how its basically free because it allows people with any amount of money to go there. Just like the grande marshals, I did get picked for the grand marshals one year and it was amazing

n40798 it's meant to be that color it's supposed to match the gold tones throughout the bathroom and just because it's square doesn't mean that it's old.. but if you look at all of the furniture throughout the whole place nothing is modern everything is antique-looking for the most part and I'm sure there's absolutely nothing wrong with that toilet. As I said the look of it was done purposely I'm sure.

I’ve never stayed in the suite or even been inside of it but as an entertainement cast member i worked on costuming for the castle show when i was there and i’ve been on that elevator many times (usually with a covered rack full of costumes)

My brother works for dinner and he won and contest giving away a night for free. He took me and I must say. It was by far one of the best experiences of my life. We get a personal staff to help us skip lines at any ride at any park all night long. When you come back to ur room there is a giant, beautiful chocolate piece depicting her carage and the horses. We got to take home embroidered robes and a glass slipper with our name engraved in it. Disney is such a magical place!

How high up in the castle are you in the hotel room? Also, please tell me you can look out the windows and see the beautiful park from the suite. All I see in the video is stained glass windows. Perhaps they do that so some prankster kid doesn't moon everyone during the fireworks show!!!
