Your Dollar Tree is so clean, bright and organized. Mine is so rundown, dark and depressing, plus it doesn’t have even half the selection yours does. I want a Dollar Tree plus.
Without the big sweeping event but yet your sweeping like you do any other time lol❤ I love your videos I wish I had the imagination that you have your very smart and crafty!!
WOW !!! Now that’s what I call a dollar tree decorations. I do believe you used all dollar tree products, I love all you’re creations as well. Ty for sharing. 🥰❤️
Something you can do to up the look on the lanterns. Take your wax paper actually take 2 pieces and add some grated or finely chopped crayons and iron the wax paper with crayons between the 2 pieces and it will give it a stain glass appearance. Then add to your frames and cut just as before. It will be very pretty
A little helpful hint I learned many years ago: if you plan to use spray paint on Styrofoam make sure you cover it with paper towel or newspaper glued on or the spray paint will melt Styrofoam.
@@margarethargis1734 at work we had a jar of super glue fall off the table into a rag box. It started smoking! It didnt ignite but we hustled it out to the dumpster really fast! Lol
I'm so impressed with your creativity. I'm also impressed with the inventory of your Dollar Tree. Sure wish I had one nearby that carried what yours does. Thank you for sharing! 💓
I love these ideas I’ve tried so many in my apartment thank you so much! Here’s some tips as well: 1:18 you can also make a slit in a bendy straw and melt it onto the paper towel holders with a lighter for a more stronger hold and quicker binding. 3:33 you can also use contact paper to wrap around and then seal it with modpodge also found at dollar tree. 5:55 you can also make your own acrylic paint with the paint at dollar tree by mixing 1/3 cup of white glue with 1/3 cup water so it’s less pricey
Wow that squeegee hack is awesome. Wish I would’ve seen this before we bought ours. Our back patio gets water in it when it rains. When it rains in Florida….it RAINS. Thanks for sharing these great hacks. I’m ALL about “hack life”.😁 Have a great day.🤗
Love the canvas placemat idea! I’m thinking about making personalized placemats for Thanksgiving, then our dinner guests can take them home as a memento. Also, if you want a more durable lantern, you can use the plastic chopping mats instead of waxed paper. I really enjoy your creativity.
The wax paper would get broken immediately at my place. I just picked up the cutting mats the other day, because I figured I’d think of something and I actually like to use them for chopping. That is a fantastic idea! I was going to use the acrylic sheets from Cricut.
Not being an odd duck saying this but I honestly watch & rewatch & then re-rewatch ALL of your hack/trick videos!! Genius! 🤯They're down right GENIUS!! THANK YOU for saving me TONS of time & lots of "GRRR" moments on a daily basis w/teaching me literally the simplest tricks for my daily housewifey duties 🥰🧹🧽🚽🧺💰🐾🍽👩🎨
Very creative! Last time I was in Dollar Tree I didn't find some of the items you used. Their products change over time and in different locations. Great ideas to adapt. I'm thinking of making Christmas luminaries with craft sticks instead of canvas frames and colored Saran Wrap. A coat of paint or poly on the craft sticks will weather proof them. We mostly have rain in the PNW instead of snow.
That's a pretty realistic-looking DIY marble! I've never been able to make them look good but I'll have to try your technique! I also need to make the dishtowel holder thing for my kitchen!
Good afternoon beautiful Shannon and family! Happy Father’s Day to your guys in your life! The wax paper is freaking genius never thought of it that’s why I love watching your videos and hacks. Love all the other hacks. Thank you for sharing another amazing hack decor video. Have a blessed weekend.
Today is the first I have seen your videos. Love your ideas are different and not everything is wrapped in jute rope or or whatever. I like that look, but it's nice to have a variety of ideas that look nice and you demonstrated so many projects perfectly. New subscriber!
The white bowl you made looks like a giant bottle cap from a glass bottle. If someone painted it like a bottle cap I think it could make a cool piece of decor or fit the theme of a bar/movie room. Just an idea. 👍
i think you could heat it in the oven like we used to do with records and it will naturally wave up. for 1.25 its worth a try, look up vintage bowl made from old record shaped bowl
With the kitchen roll to toilet roll holder , I think just having 2 next to each other would look just as good , I love your channel just an innocent comment ❤plus if you have been using onions to get rid of the smell off your hands rub them on your stainless steel sink before you wash them , all the onion odour will have vanished, your welcome ❤
I really loved the placemat and planter urn. For the terracotta candles, you don't need superglue, just dip the metal wick holder into the melted wax and that will affix it to the pot. This way, once the candle is melted down, you can replace the wick holder if needed.
Fantastic hacks. Definitely going to be reusing a few of these. Thanks for putting them in one video, Shannon. It's greatly appreciated. PS Please tell Brian Happy Father's Day.
The over the door coat rack gave me an idea 💜. Taking those hooks off, will allow you to zip tie soda bottles to the base and hang the rack on a railing for a balcony garden 💜 love it💜

For the soap pumps, why ddnt you use the marble contact paper they sell?
Use stickers from the craft section to create shapes on the inside of the wax paper on your lanterns :)

This what I don’t like all these DT Hacks not just this site others. I don’t have half stuff on these sites at my Dollar Trees
So fun watching your channel grow. I remember when you first started how shy and it’s been fun watching your creativity grow. Continue to soar Lady.
The 9 frame thing with the ornamental carved wood attachments is my favorite of all of the things I’ve seen you do.

Hi Tammy, how are you doing?
*That's an AMAZING idea!* I'm sooo gonna try that. I can actually picture it! TFS 💕 ~Peace✌🏽
One could even make a design or picture!! Great idea. Just now thought: kids could make pictures with the wax and then their work would be displayed.
Yes ! That would be pretty !
Loved that laundry basket for a hose holder, I am now using a square planter that I want for next year for tomato plants.
Love watching you. So many good ideas. Thank you. 😊😊
A little helpful hint I learned many years ago: if you plan to use spray paint on Styrofoam make sure you cover it with paper towel or newspaper glued on or the spray paint will melt Styrofoam.

Super glue also melts Styrofoam and it gets really hot so be careful
Genius….. I actually had this problem a few times and I never thought of that nice 👍🏻

For the rope coasters, some fabric glue or fray check on the raw ends would probably help keep them nicer longer
Great idea! Also, adding a li'l glue to the cotton rope while winding it around itself will make it stronger and less likely to unravel.

You amaze me with all of your unique ideas.
