Watching your videos I had to go back to my dealership and have them add the $795 copilot 360. The salesman said it came with it as standard, I told him to get all the features you need to put that order in for that. He finally put it on my order and ordered it! Thanks!
ThanksTim, for trying to clear things up. However, I have to give Ford constructive criticism for making things so confusing. The XL has "CoPilot 360 Assist" and the XLT has "CoPilot 360" and the Lariat has "CoPilot 360 2.0' and all three have differences. Ford is just begging for people to be confused, and confused customers are more likely to be unhappy customers. I have a Maverick Lariat with all of it that was available in 2022 models, and the rear traffic alerts are definitely a must-have, as they have helped me to avoid collisions while trying to back up in parking lots. I love the Maverick, and now i want to get the 2025 AWD version.
Back in the Summer, A dealer contacted me about several new XL's he was able to get that were ordered through fleet program. The weird thing though was they all had 360 package. I declined at Invoice pricing. I watched his site and he sat on these for months. I feel people who want a Maverick, want the base vehicle w/o big options. With the higher pricing now, I've noticed a lack of new ones on the road. Bubble burst?
Will the 2025 Tremor have the most safety features that Ford offers? I have a Red Ford Maverick Tremor XLT 2023 with luxury package and the lane keeping doesn't really do anything. Also you need to take your eyes off the road and look at the dash board to see that your going out of your lane 🥳🤔🤷I am looking to get a 2025 Tremor but it seems Ford safety features are not aggressive enough for me or am I mistaken? If so I will get a 2025 4 runner. I need a lane keeping that pushes me back in my lane like GMC safety features. Please let me know if I am confused because I love the Tremor.
I've owned Ford vehicles for years with the lane keeping system. The lane keeping (not lane centering) is an assistance feature. That being said, are you sure it is turned on? There is a lever on the end of the left stalk. 2025 Tremor comes with all the safety features including adaptive cruise and lane centering. I did mention that in the video as well when I discussed the Co-Pilot360 2.0 features. - Tim
@brooklyn5466 Lane Centering is part of Adaptive Cruise Control, which is standard on the Lariat, Tremor, Lobo 702A. Not available on the XL, XLT, Lobo 402A.
Thanks Tim- my dealership does not know how to specifically ask for a job 2 order. I have a Latiariat ordered that is due to be built the week of January 27 but my dealer does not know if it is job 1 or 2. How does he put another order in for me to assure job 2?
do the parking sensors in the rear go off continuously if you have something like a hitch bed extender or anything for that matter in the hitch? that's going to suck if it does.
Does the basic / standard XL come with the cruise control that keep you a certain distance from the car in front of you? or do you have to upgrade the package ?
I just got an XL Hybrid with AWD and 4K tow which comes with Co-pilot 360 (like it or not). So does is Co-Pilot 360 on the XL with the upgrade just like the one on the XLT?
Question please - and thank you for your videos! I know the Ranger and F150 with front parking sensors, when you get close to a barrier or the garage wall, the front camera will turn on when the it gets close and starts beeping. Does the 2025 Maverick do the same thing?
Thank you for the information. Curious, the front licence plate looks like it partially covers the radar, is it just out of the way or is it installed at the factory and calibrated differently? I'm up in CT where we are required to have front plates as well.
The sensor is in the lower grille not on the bumper. The license plate bracket is installed at the dealership. A dealer can't mess up the install because there are 2 indents in the bumper where the license plate bracket needs to be drilled into the bumper.
Hey Tim. I heard that the 2024s have the ability to give me speed limit alerts but Ford has it turned off by default. I wonder if any dealer can enable that feature with a scan tool? I have a 2024 Lariat that I just bought in Nov.
Still a little confused. I ordered an XLT. When adding the Luxury package at the dealership, the system made it look like it was including Copilot 360 2.0 at no charge, but I'm guessing it's just that basic Copilot 360 "1.0" ?
Wondering what’s going to happen to the 2024 and earlier mavericks now that the 2025’s are arriving. Is there a fix? How are they going to get rid of the stock?

When the same name - CoPilot 360 - is used for too many permutations, the name ceases to have meaning.
Thanks tim
Awesome vid! Ford has definitely made it rather confusing, so this vid is a true asset.
Thanks Tim. Great work. Kind of weird Ford opted for no badging. Wishing you, Sarah, and the family a happy new year.
I have a 2024 Hybrid Lariat and I love the Copilot 360 and use it every time I drive.
Thanks Tim for the info,I stopped by the dealership today the 2025’s look nice!
Happy new years to you and yours
Love to see a rudy red metallic if you have one on the lot
Thanks Tim
Kinda wish I got the 360 on my Maverick.
Looking forward to thanks
So, the Maverick will have the same driver assistance features that I had on my 2016 RAV4 Hybrid XLT.
It will, but only if you pay the extra money for them!

Weird. I have a 2024 XLT without any copilot package, and it comes with auto-high beams. I guess they decided to put it in a package now.
@SogaGoat As described in the video, auto high beams are standard on all Mavericks as part of the standard cp360 features.

So does that mean that Ford doesn't have lane centering?

No, regular cruise control only.
@@longmcarthurford to get the smart cruise control would I need the copilot 360? or the 2.0?
@@PomptonFresh Adaptive cruise control is part of copilot 360 2.0. It is standard on the Lariat, Tremor, Lobo 702A as mentioned in the video.

@FishFloraFowl The 4k tow package requires you to order the CP360. Take a look at the window sticker, you should see a charge for 4k and CP360.

@WhittyPics if the ability is in there a Ford dealer would not open that up because that could avoid any warranty or get them in trouble.

Does the 2025 Maverick XL have the satellite radio ? good video
@johngrant1337 Yes, standard on all Mavericks as part of SYNC4.
Xl doesn’t include power mirrors? Which mirrors?
XL has never included power mirrors (exterior) unless you get the Co-Pilot360 Package.
Is the Terrain one still available?
@zachvollink9354 I'm not sure. If you call 785-823-2237 on Thursday, they can check for you.
