I live in Australia but before the pandemic I used to regularly spend Christmas in Yukon Canada. I have never heard such silence standing outside on a still winter day -40.C. No experience since has stirred the same peace in my soul as that heavenly silence and beauty of snow covered mountains. Your videos are wonderful. Such hard work and passion. The nature scenery is just stunning! The distances in Russia are so crazy to me. Most other european countries you can cross by car within a couple hours. Being Russian, there is not enough life to explore the whole of Russia. There are a lot of beautiful places in Russia where there are literally no people, only nature. It is extremely difficult to get there, but I am glad that there are still such places in the world and they are mostly in Russia. There is a certain freedom

What a cool video Eli. I really enjoy your northern travel videos. Here in the Rocky Mountains, it's snow, mud, dry .... repeat. I DO NOT LIKE muddy season, in the spring. With open differential that allows one wheel to spin, did out like your driver did, then lightly put on emergency brake to allow both wheels to turn. That can get one moving again most times.l

Thank you for this. My wife is from Buryatia but she grew up in Yakutsk. I have visited the Baikal area and other parts of Russia 3 times, back in the 90s. We have 3 children who I hoped would visit their mom’s homeland, but right now I am afraid your videos are the closest they will get for a long time. So great that you have made these videos available

Here in the Rocky Mountains, it's snow, mud, dry .... repeat. I DO NOT LIKE muddy season, in the spring.
With open differential that allows one wheel to spin, did out like your driver did, then lightly put on emergency brake to allow both wheels to turn. That can get one moving again most times.l
