      exactly my Taxes are for the country, so I believe that if they want their own way then their followers must direct their taxes to their party so watch this space it will be they have all the funds, and we have none and then cry poverty. Get rid of the treaty and turn New Zealand to a Republic and all hell will break loose but at least everyone will be able to make their own mind up. to me the way I see it Māori were colonizer's as well and not indigenous either they came from Hawaii so to say we took their land is breaching on the grounds of .... they weren't the first here or the last New Zealand lets grow up and start to appreciate what we have as a country and grow and not listen to those who want power to abuse it

    This is why we have a "Speaker" in Parliament. A responsible person who is supposed to know the rules of Parliament forwards and backwards needs to step in to bring these people into line. Te Pati Maori have broken the rules and the Speaker should address this issue before they are allowed to come back into Parliament and in the interim their salaries and Parliamentary benefits should cease.

    If we have a Maori Parliment who is going to finance it? We cannot afford two parliaments with a 5 million population. Crazy!

    Excellent. They should have the honesty and mana to do exactly that: resign from their seats and leave Parliament. BUT the Maori seats should be abolished.

    I totally agree, they wouldn't have what they've got now if it wasn't for the the tax payers of this country. They are a disgrace , we are one people. Here in NZ they'll soon miss the salary they're that full of themselves they don't have any loyalty to our Office
