Wow man, thank you!! I've been stuck now for like 10 days in filing my Articles of Incorporation because I got a mailing service to use as the address but then received a notice saying that it was not allowed... And then it listed FedEx, USPS, UPS, iPostal, and more as invalid, it was so frustrating! For a split second I almost did use my home address, but no... And for a longer split second I felt defeated and was about to give up!...
@@teamcyrmining3673, All worked out now... I was just trying to use a FedEx mailbox as the business address when filing because, obviously, I didn't want my personal address on a public filing. I got a Registered Agent and filed with that address.
i'm following your other video to setup a LLC at Bizee Incfile, and it comes with a 1 year free Registered Agent for the state to send legal documents, However, going through their wizard to setup the LLC, its prompting to pay 30 dollars a month for a virtual address or use my home address in the wizard. so dang what is the purpose of Bizee Incfile free 1 year Registered Agent for then, when its asking me to either pay 30 dollars for a virtual address or use my home address for the LLC? can you make a video to clarify this?
