    Hi, first of all - thank you for putting out helpful content like this. Thanks for walking us through questions that may seem tough or confusing. Could someone be their own registered agent for an llc that is their side hussle and maintain a job where they have to work onsite, in other words not be home full time? or maybe being home as a 'hybrid' employee? Thank you!

    Thanks for all the great information🙌. Can you tell me how long do services with Brand Bombshell last after the LLC is set up? 1 year or more maybe?

    • @allupinyobiz
      @allupinyobiz  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Brand Bombshell is my trademark registration package. It lasts as long as it needs to for the trademark process, which is typically about 1-1.5 years, but can potentially be longer.

    Hi, I watched some of your other videos and I have a question about the business/ principal address. Can multiple LLC’s be registered at any single physical address? For example, a family member has a physical building. Can us family members use their physical building address as our principal address for registration of our LLC’s for an online business? Thanks! 🙂 (Florida is the state by the way if that makes a difference).

    Hi there. I am in the setup process of my sole proprietor business. It would be considered home-based. although it is a mobile business. I would not like to have my home address on documents as much as I can help it. on a forms such as for the fictitious business name and for the EIN number, would it be best to use a virtual address with a company such as anytime mailbox that does provide a physical street address. since this virtual mailbox with anytime mailbox does provide a physical street address, would that be acceptable to use as the business address instead of my home? Thank you for your time.

    Hello,
    Going to Set up an LLC that is treated as a Sole Proprietorship for Tax purposes. But does that mean I will be losing the benefits of the LLC being I am taxed as a Sole Proprietorship?

      No, being taxed as a sole prop won't affect it.

    Hello,
    I have two questions regarding LLC filing in California.
    1. When creating a LLC, is it best to file a LLC first, then file for a DBA? Or should I file the DBA, and next to my DBA name, LLC even though I didn’t file for the LLC yet?
    2. If I wanted to be own registered agent is it possible to use a virtual address instead of my own physical address?
    I hope that makes sense.
    Thank you!

    • @rodarana2012
      @rodarana2012 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In my experience, an LLC should be filed first with the Secretary of State.
      You will need that information when you file a fictitious business statement with your county, a.k.a. the DBA.
      You will need to announce it for 30 days in your local newspaper. To my understanding I don’t believe in virtual business address would be legitimate due to the fact that somebody needs to be at the address to accept notices for the LLC.
      If you pay an annual one time fee to a registered agent, you can utilize their address for the LLC.
      I hope this helps to anyone living in California
