I agree that the screen clutter is a problem, so I will be adding bullet masking thingy similar to what paper planet did! (it's already working in dev build, so it should be in game when Time to Strike is out)

A lot of these kinds of games have very generic upgrades that always feel familiar, never novel, but you've added some really creative stuff here. I hope the game finds success for you :)

The game really seems a lot more polished and fun for messing around with builds than the first demo's iteration. I also like the visual changes, makes it less hard on the eyes than what it used to be.

For stuff like the turret spawning, haste affects how often the turrets spawn. I.e. if turrets are spawning every 4 seconds, +50% haste would theoretically make them spawn every ~2.67 seconds (assuming that's how the haste calculation works). I also think haste might not affect the turrets' actual fire rate, since summon attack rate is a different stat.

Just tried the demo, and... oh man does that get busted fast.
Death Skulls (auto-fires on a moderate cooldown, homing, applies poison), with some Chaining/Piercing, Haste, Explosion, and Extra Shot effects was just "Well, I just play the dodging game now, now, as these fire about every 0.2 Seconds".
One run was all it took to impress me.

Definitely look fun, but it seems like the screen jumps or shakes when you swing the bat or pick stuff up and it started to hurt my eyes after awhile.

i believe the order for pierce and stuff is the following chaining (bounce but towards the closest enemy) > bounce > pierce. ohh and btw the turret is also affected by the mods on your main weapon.
