Here is my comment. You very young and I did not here anything estimated tax. At some point you have to settle up with the government. Also because this is 1099 income you better get with your accountant and set up a standard IRA or SEP IRA. Precious time is ticking an if you do not listen to this advise you will be driving when you are sixty. Peace out.

Hi. I don’t know about explorer but u can get any minivan and convert it or get one already converted. Used could be 20-35k depends which one u get

Honestly that’s a good deal - I’m looking at wheelchair accessible SUVs right now and $50k is the minimum I’m seeing for 2017-2019 SUVs . The vans are generally a bit cheaper but since that one is 2020 and no miles that’s really good

I want to be a new driver. I saved for a car. Should I get a tesla or a used WAV? Can get a nice van with a ramp and etc for about the same as a tesla. Can you show the van more? Does uber require a motorized ramp? or just a basic one? Not having to charge and no lockouts is a big plus!!! I rarely see many wheelchair people calling ubers tho... let us know how many of those rides you get!
It’s honestly up to u but I would say get a wheelchair for now and then if u really want u can get a tesla. For work I recommend a van. Ramp doesn’t matter, basic is fine. It’s always random with the wheelchair rides but average 2 rides per day. Sometimes it would be 0, but max I had was 2 a day

Yes. U can Def make more like 500 a day if u know what u are doing. And that's on average.
Wasup bro great video!! Im a new driver and Im looking to purchase a new toyota sienna wav to drive for lyft. However, when I went through the lyft website to see how I can be a wav driver for them, it seems like lyft themselves does not hire wav drivers, but instead has partner companies like access a ride who provide the wheelchair accessible vehicles. If you have some information as to how I can get involved I'd really appreciate it, especially because I have to make a decision in the next two weeks as to what vehicle Im going to purchase. Either full electric nissan leaf or toyota sienna wav. Also are you sure that those are the current bonuses for driving a wav for lyft?
If u don't have uber, lyft will be tough. I believe Nissan leaf is a really bad choice ud have a lot of issues with changing and limited amount of time u can work. However, lyft does let u use wav vehicles and everything is the same price wise and there are no bonuses with lyft. The only thing u get is a wav ride bonus which is around 15$ for each wav. But Uber is the one that offers bonuses weekly, it's better to just get a standard plus tesla which is 37k. But if u have uber aswell then wav will be great.
@@VladTechGuy thanks for the feedback bro. I did all the research that can be done on the nissan leaf. The leaf is known for charging and battery issues but that was for the first battery design. The newer 2019 and 2020 versions have a new battery chemistry and the 62kw battery with like 225mile range is pretty solid even if I stretch it and get 200mile range. I wanted to wait and get the new nissan ariya Im inlove with that suv but its coming out much later in 2021 and I need a car now. The teslas are great and great charging platform available but they're too expensive at the moment. I was hoping going with the wav would be the smarter choice because the car would pay itself thanks to the bonuses but as you said lyft doesn't give weekly bonuses and uber is not hiring.. the wav not looking like too good of a choice either then. And do you mean 15$ extra bonus per wav pick up through lyft?
@@jhonn475 yes 15$ extra bonus only on wav rides. I wasnt talking about range in leaf, u need a spot to charge it the best thing is at home over night otherwise u wont survive with it. And 200 miles is not enough I have a friend with a 240miles range tesla he charges 2 times a day... Leaf also doesnt have fast charge so thats that. I'm just saying make sure u are not going to regret it afterwards, check everything that has to do with charging

Does the bonus apply if you own a car or if you rent? You automatically get the bonus if you complete 65 rides each week?
Yes it does, if u have ur own u get 220 for 65 trips if u rent most companies have a deal with Uber and rent their cars for 650 but u get a bonus of 350 for 50 rides so it’s about the same

The goal should have been to get Lyft Priority so you would not have to worry about Uber priority

I love the tesla and can't wait to get back on it next week. the only reason I tried out the van and it kinda helped me was because in january it was very slow and I wasn't able to go online on uber and make any money (no lyft). So its just my situation that made it hard not the car itself.
