I went there a few times during the late 1980s and it was fun then. My last visit was 1997 and it was in obvious decline with a sketchy crowd wandering around.
Whatever they put there will all be gray, much like every other building that’s been constructed here within the past few years. The dull & depressing gray color scheme needs to stop!
Needed but that's prime real estate that was on the verge of booming in 2008! You'll get some "affordable" units but they've already put the relatively affordable family housing near downtown. Everything by the galleria/ train station is going to be high dollar.
Hmm, i thought White Plains was a little city in the middle of nowhere.....but i'm seeing in this video is bigger than i imagined and also are towering buildings like the ones you can see in Manhattan!!! 😮
