Yeah.... you should see the outtakes. I went through several 40409 and 40410s in burn ins and current limiting tests. It's never worth the effort to try to make something better than it could have been with stock semis and period correct parts.
Lol....I picked that one up at an estate sale last year. It's the one with the ridiculously heavy base. I'm going back to the normal 60W as soon as the tip is gone.
I wish i knew a proper friendly guitar amp tech that is not suspiciously biased trying to scam and overcharge you on guitar amp service near my area in the state of Colorado
