They dropped her after this song was released in 2020 when she didn't make them any profit. (Her words) She says they were dropping everyone and anyone during covid if they weren't making them enough money. Then she moved back home to work at coffee shop jobs until she gave it another shot. Dan Nigro helped her make this song, but he was busy working with Olivia Rodrigo on Sour and Guts. Finally, he worked with Chappell again for her debut album. They're legends ! :)
