I had the same problem. I used it to drill a hole (bad idea I know but I had my reasons). The hammer function stopped working. I could hear a small part move inside. But hadn’t watch your video yet. So I just took apart the larger parts, not opening the hammerhousing. Luckily this made the hammer work again. So the small metal part is still there but hopefully it’s now in a position that it doesn’t interfere again.
so what was the malfunction?
Small metal peace in hammer and anvil it was stuck and hammer cant go all the way up to hit anvit
