Love, love, love, love the retractible extension cord!! I will be looking into that for my sewing space!!!! Thank you so very much for the tour. I am also going to use the marble Mac-tac for my cutting table. I have an old door with two Ikea drawer sets that are used for supports but the surface is all crappy - gets tea stains and needs to be painted again but that Mac-tac looks great.
Thanks for sharing. Love your ideas. Mine is 12x12 so I know what you mean about utilizing every square inch of space. I am always tweaking my room to accommodate what I am working on.
Helpful video on how to make use of a small space! I have a small room and I am going to use some of your ideas of hanging mats and organizers to make my space more efficient! Thank you! 😊
@@Kelly-to6pl thank you! It is definitely deceiving with its size. Ive definitely maximized the space pretty well. I would kill for a closet though. Haha
Great video Bethany! Thank you for doing it and you have lots of great ideas! Can you say again where you got your cutting mat? I have been looking for a large one, but I haven't found one that I like. I figure if this one works for you, then it should work for me. I am attending the Linds Retreat in October, so I will be really happy to meet you in person!
@@prholub can’t wait to meet in person and sew together at the retreat!! How exciting! My cutting mat is 30x60 and made by Martelli. I ordered mine off Amazon a couple years ago but you might also find it on their website.
@@CraftwithBethany Thank you Bethany! I just ordered one from Martelli. I have another question, if you don't mind. Their website says to use their rotary blades... is that just hype or do you also see a need to use theirs. Many thanks for your help! Paula
@@prholub I have one of their ergonomic rotary cutters which I love but I’ve used all my other rotaries and blades on this mat for years and it has caused no damage.
@@lisaericdavisson1755 great question. I always use my Singer Heavy Duty 6800C for sewing my jelly roll rugs. It doesn’t skip a beat and is a workhorse!
