I hear you. I grew up in Minnesota in the 80s and 90s, the last of the pre-internet era. I spent pretty much all of my time outdoors, only coming in for meals. Beautiful times.
Yet they are using electronics, technology and the internet to bring this story to you.
Lovely visit to the village. I visited Ukraine in July 2007 when my daughter was in the Peace Corps, teaching English as a second language in Kozova. I visited Kyiv, Ternopil and Kozova. My daughter and I visited Borsk, Poland where my paternal grandfather was born, and who immigrated to the United States around 1900. Your village reminded me of my youth in Depew, NY in the 1950s, where I bicycled everywhere. I'll be 80 later this year. It was a joy to visit Ukraine and Poland. The peace I felt was real. The modest way of life in the country beats life in the city! Wishing lasting peace comes to the country of Ukraine.

Wow what a beautiful country! I definitely hope peace returns to your entire homeland soon. Many years ago I was a dairy and chicken farmer in Delaware which has a climate similar to Ukraine. Great video and so relaxing. Funny thing is, I have never been to the Ukraine, but I recognized various places in your video from previous videos. One of my favorites is you, Luba and her friend all jumping in the river at the swimming place. I was thinking it would be nice to see that place again and then there it is in the video... Glad to the both of you healthy. I am from the Ozarks of southern Missouri. Your village reminds me of home (I am now in Texas now. In college I sometimes had one hundred plus people in some classes. In my neighborhood we have an outdoor fitness area with walking/biking trails. God bless and take care.

Very tranquil and relaxing. Far from the stress of the modern world and great for children etc to live a full life away from Twitter.

@@dougk63 everybody is not meant to fight and that's coming from me military since 2001, i joined the military a day after 9/11, 2 tours in iraq.. husband did 3 tours, grandfather and father fought in Vietnam, and great grandpa fought in ww2 under France. As a person that been in multiple War zones I never question anybody why they not fighting fighting isn't for everybody it takes a lot out of your soul to kill believe me, you have to live with yourself and its hard. Those faces never leave your memory

The village is so beautiful, quiet, and relaxed, that you'd never say that there is a war going on. The quietness and the greenery remind me very much of the Thai villages in Thailand in a way. Was just wondering whether the school that's not used anymore could not be used for people who have lost their homes during the war?
May be, people are also looking for work and the opportunity to earn money. they don't want charity. our experience with Ukrainians. 🙂😃🙏🙏🙏 in Polen and Germany too

Well, sure they can, but there are better places where they can stay, and usually, such people stay in towns where we have more infrastructure(shops, pharmacies, parks, etc) you know that Ukraine is huge, and has a variety of places where people can stay in towns and cities, not so many people prefer villages.

@@dougk63 some might argue that the work he does on these videos, showing people Ukrainian culture, and the happy lives of the people that live there accomplish much more than what he could with a rifle... ukrain had no shortage of soliders for the lines. Plus, how could a man leave that beautiful woman alone in a country full of raping and pillaging orks?

Hi Pavlo and Luba! Thanks for the video update today! The weather certainly does appear to be quite nice and pleasant. Any temperature between 24-28 with a 50-60% humidity is just gorgeous outside weather, especially for activities!!! I’m glad you two are able to have some normal moments in life still, where you aren’t watching or listening to the news, or for that matter seeing or hearing any of the atrocities being committed against your country and people... I’m sure it’s a huge stress relief (I know it would be for me)!
Your village was so quiet today, but what felt like in a good way. Do you plan to do any fishing this summer down at the river? The same place you showed us before where the girls went swimming?

If I may suggest that you interview some of the villagers just to show the commonality of certain personalities in a village or town. Would be interesting to hear about what the older people have seen and their experiences there in the village. Hear from the different business owners and workers/mechanics/farmers, etc. And then from some of the younger people just to see what their aspirations are growing up in a village. Even if they don't live there full time and are just visiting Relatives in the village. Do they have village celebrations or "occasions". Maybe when some one buys a "new" Soviet car, they have a parade threw town, right ;>.

Lovely, peaceful countryside. Great video, as always, Pavlo!! It's hard to imagine there's a war going on when I see this tranquility. If I were in Ukraine during this war, I know I would never venture into any large city, because the Russians only seem to target populated areas.

@@zodrob7 Actually, they're not far when they're in their apartment. There have been many air raid sirens where they live. When they're in the countryside, it does seem so much safer, at least from the missile attacks.

Everything is so beautiful there - I think my favorite view is off into the hills with all of the trees. It must look so colorful in the autumn. I hope you'll share that with us in a few months!
I found it interesting to see Luba's childhood school and her comment about having to answer questions in class every day because there weren't many kids. I would think it made them all pay attention more and has benefited them as adults.
