My problem is that the rear doors are locked and, after trying a lot of tips found on TH-cam, I am still not able to unlock the doors.
Is it possible to remove the panel while the doors are still locked to gain access to the locking mechanism?

Not even removing the door lock pin surround and pulling on the pin? I suspect you have a faulty actuator?

@@AndrevanTonder67 not sure. But I read somewhere that you can indeed remove the (rear) door panel with the door closed, since it doesn't have any bottom screws attaching it, just the two T30s behind the handle. Can be tricky but it can be removed

Look up channel BTJustice. He has a video where he changes the locking mechanism of locked rear door.
You need to remove the plastic pannel and then drill into the door frame to access the mechanism and unlock the door.
