Border:Carnival is definitely one of my favorite era, as you guys said it's just ICONIC. We got ENHYPEN as royal princes and Eggies went wild when we saw K and EJ in the Drunk-Dazed MV. Let's also not forget that this album gave us QUEEN "FEVER"! I remember being so obsessed with this song, I listen to it every single day and sang it every chance I get 😂. The first comeback just hits different.

So JANUARY 1ST 2021 (happy New Years to usss) Hybe announced that the I-land members were going to debut under Hybe Labels Japan (fun fact there were 5 of them at the tine, Kyungmin was included, but he left. Then, we had a drought, and we legit did not hear for them from MONTHS. So this came out the end of April to end the drought, and ALTHOUGH IT WAS JUST TINY CRUMBS WE WERE SO HUNGRY WE WERE EATING IT UP. That was all the fans were talking about for 5 days straight. And then, I think they stopped posting again until like September or October 2021. I remember calendars fans were making showing how many days out of the month they'd make a post, and it was like 4 a month. Then beginning of 2022 was quiet. A few months in &audition was announced for the summer (FINALLY!), then it happened from like June-August, then &team finally debuted December 2022! Almost 2 years after they were announced on New Year's Day 2021. It was a longgg time waiting for us og Eggies/Lunes, but it was SO worth it. &team is our home
The woman is Sooha in the webtoon, and her actor is Kim Garam, a member of the girl group LESSERAFIM from the BELIFT LAB agency under HYBE LABELS like Enhypen too. But Kim Garam left LESSERAFIM because of the fake bullying scandal, and now Sooha's role has been replaced by a model named Jiwon
Drunk-Dazed was the first song I listened to of Enhypen and It is still my favorite song to this day! Also I never noticed K and EJ were there more than just that first clip in the beginning so its fun to learn something new haha. I always had the feeling in some scenes of who is that? He doesn't look like any of the members haha. Maybe that now that I have watched ILand it is easier to catch. I can't wait to see that and FEVER live! I bet Fever to ENGENES is like what RED LIGHTS is to STAYS by how much they freak out at concerts.
SPOILER ALERT: Back in a days, Enhypen we're knights. And the Girl at the Drunk-Dazed MV is the Princess. They got reincarnated, and discovered soon that Sooha is their Princess in the past.
I had to watch this music video later in the day because of school, and then I was so excited when I was spoiled that EJ and K were in the MV. I think that there had been a rumor that EJ and K were going to be in the Japanese group, and a joke about them being werewolves, but all of a sudden it was confirmed in this MV and we were shook! I could be wrong but I think I had heard that they released a second m/v because then they could add some time to the promotion times. like when they perform 2 songs in the first promotions and then add another song in so they can keep promoting. This was also Niki's sort of "transformation" into who he is now, he was less the tiny baby of the group and gave my non-Engene roommates confusion over how old he actually was. Haha
Idk if anybody said it (I’m not scrolling through comments) but the girl is Garam (the girl that got removed from LeSserafim) so the folks saying she was a belift trainee weren’t entirely wrong 🤷🏾♀️
Nothing gives me more joy than knowing that Hybe actually committed to sticking K and EJ into a full werewolf concept after all this.
