@@dagostinoification💫✨🙏
It's wonderful to see these Baroque ensembles spring up all over the world.
The two poles of Baroque music are Italy and France, whose styles are strongly opposed despite reciprocal influences. This opposition was such that many musicians from one of the schools went so far as to refuse to play works from the other. The Italian style spread widely outside Italy. France is undoubtedly the country which resisted this domination the most, under the influence of Jean-Baptiste Lully (Italian naturalized French), this until the Querelle des Bouffons, in the middle of the 18th century.
@@jodan4043 thank you
Oui mais il a choisi la France 😅
Oh combien splendide !
I love Lully. He stands as an oustanding french baroque composer.this piece is so charming
Lully is flower of French baroque music! His name symbol of grand century!
Merci pour cette belle interprétation.
Vive l'Italie ! 🇮🇹 💚🤍❤️ 🖐️🇨🇵💙🤍❤️
Hermoso, sublime y maravilloso 🤗
Música de las esferas celestiales 😌
Excelente interpretación ; magnífico Barroco Francés , majestuoso e imponente . Vive le Roi Luis XIV ; Vive Jean-Baptiste Lully !!
No Jean-Baptiste Lully ma Giovanni Battista LULLI - ITALIA
Oh my... The final piece (the march) is so astonishing. I have shivers. Really.
VERY beautiful wow!
What a magnificent performance!
Brilliant! Danke fürs Teilen! 💐
J'adore !
Amazing
Nostalgia di questo concerto!
Bravissimo!
One year later : same effect. Too bad it can be liked just once.
Tres grandes obras de Lully y buena interpretacion.
musica majestuosa!
Bellissimo!!! Viva l'Italiano naturalizzato Francese Giovanni Battista Lulli.
La musica dei Re!
com flauta doce... maravilha! with recorder, so good...
Excelente 👍👍👍👍
Drum is epic
Bravo Lully!!
GRAZIAI GROJA BRAVO
Labai ačiū!
Really awesome concert! Complimenti vivissimi
Thank you Mr. Nebuloni. The opinion of a severe critic as you are, is well important for us.
❤❤❤
Not bad for 350 year old music 👍👏❤🇨🇵
Magnifique interprétation bravos. Vite à Versailles ! Pour entendre votre interprétation Monsieur .
Monsieur, merci beaucoup.

LONG LIVE FRENCH CULTURE.
No Jean-Baptiste Lully ma Giovanni Battista LULLI - ITALIA
@@senirgoriosi4680 For one Italy didn't exist at that time...and second, Lully discarded his Florentine origins and was proud and happy to be naturalized French citizen. He has nothing to do with Italy.
@@joekerr9197, but Florence DID exist !
@@angelogandolfo6374 Clearly...
@@angelogandolfo6374 you can be born anyway but your life is where you lived all your time. Lully came very young to France and he was influenced by frecnh music and specially by Marais and some others. His music doesn't sound italian but typically french in Louis XIV style

6:24 Marche pour la cérémonie des Turcs
💘💗🎼🎻🤩😇
I would have liked the conductor to conduct with a staff a la Lulli.
You want our conductor to risk his life with a heavy silver stick, like Lully himself? Joke of course :)
Il mio caro amico siciliano al flautino......
esplendido🙄
To which gentlemen do the ananchronistic faces in the stained glass at 2:36 belong?
6:24
Lully's marche carries the full resonance of the Turkish-European encounter. May music always cut a path through ossifications of mind and soul by false antagonism.
Perfect "Blah, blah, blah...." for a would-be contempo gentleman!
PS. The drum is over-miked.
Wie heisst der Paukenschlagmann? Não sei se isso está certo. Sou brasileiro (ninguém é perfeito). In the language of gangsters: what is the name of who plays the drum so remarkably?

Harp : Flora Papadopoulou
what place is there?
It is the Small Guild in Riga (Latvia)
Heavy on the drum. Hmm.
Lully
He was Italian, Giovanni Battista Lulli, even though he decided to be naturalized as a Frenchman with the name of J. B. Lully
Still. Shame on the audience. Exceptional music.
Don’t you love it when people cannot let the music end before interrupting it with applause and “bravo?” She ruined an otherwise excellent performance. I’d ask to play it again just because of that interruption. Shameful audience. The conductor composed himself well after that disruption.

In the scenario of italian baroque music ,a great merit was due to Vivaldi who influenced the Bach's instrumental compositions
Devouring Time, blunt thou the lion’s paws,
And make the earth devour her own sweet brood;
Pluck the keen teeth from the fierce tiger’s jaws,
And burn the long-liv’d phoenix, in her blood;
Make glad and sorry seasons as thou fleet’st,
And do whate’er thou wilt, swift-footed Time,
To the wide world and all her fading sweets;
But I forbid thee one most heinous crime:
O! carve not with thy hours my love’s fair brow,
Nor draw no lines there with thine antique pen;
Him in thy course untainted do allow
For beauty’s pattern to succeeding men.
Yet, do thy worst old Time: despite thy wrong,
My love shall in my verse ever live young.
