Very helpful video. I had issue #2, which happened after I raised my seat post slightly. Thanks to this video, I now understand how my Transx dropper post works and how to adjust it.
My dropper post is wobbling like 5mm from side to side. I read something about brass key replacement, but it was doing from the start when I bought the bike, so it didn’t wear off. Can I do something about it, or is it normal?
My new Bike's just now with the fox transfer is the same the cable's jammed can't put the seat poat up atoll or the lever gets so stiff it won't push and the inner post pulls up with my hand! Ive had to push it down to the neck of the frame seat tube just now amd it's got everything loosed to working state but will rise itself overnight if not used! I need to go strip the cabling over winter when Bike's off the road for a bit! Looking at wireless just now as its an emtb the battery tray might need to come out to get the cable free not sure yet but more trouble than its worth
My trans-x dropper will not stay down but goes down when weight is put on it. We tried to adjust the cable tension but nothing changed. The cable is now disconnected and the post is out of the bike but it is still doing the same thing. Is there anything to do in terms of repair or would it need to be replaced?
For me it turned out to be something with the internals of the dropper post and not the cable. I was able to get it replaced under warranty. I would take to your local shop and talk with the tech about what the options are for you.
LOVE THE BIKES!! don't have one tho can't afford it... but I love the design and the suspensions look great!! My fav is the M29... huge fan of this brand :) Great job
I have a bike yoke dropper … brand new bike … when it’s locked/up in riding position it feels like a shock? Has about a inch of movement under weight. Just started doing this and cable is not to tight and goes up and down as it should ? Any ideas ? Thanks !!!
Left my new bike upside down while building, My new dropper post "REVERB" will not go down "Hydro locked" . Has the oil shifted chambers? Will it settle by it self right side up? How do I fix it? Any help will be great!!!!
hey, i have a polygon t7 and a trans x dropper post, my seat can go up and down without toutching the lever, and i dont have that bolt u loosened, what do i do??!!!??!!
@@NemoNobody0 I believe the dropper post is activated by hydraulic means. The pressure is 250psi in the post. Must be the cable needs a bleed. The bike shop won’t do a service on the post.

Thank you! Raised my seat a quarter inch and my post was dropping without the lever pull, fixed the cable tension and I’m good to go!
Going to give it a shot. It’s a pain to take my bike to the shop every single time I’ve got some issue.
My bike had the second issue that you discussed. I was able to fix it using your video instructions.
Thank you and God bless you

My dropper post functionality is fine but the lever is crazy stiff and hard to press... any suggestions?
Did you check the routing or if there’s Gunk or rust on the lever or the puller?
Change cable. Check housing. If housing frayed, it will be stiff.

Getting the camera a little closer to the lever at the 4:30 point when you're demonstrating the lever free play would really be helpful.
Thank you for this video, very useful. It works now thank to you .
Mine is moving when you go to lift the bike up. How do you make it stay in position
Is it normal for a saddle to wiggle to sides?
my lever does not move and neither does the seat?
