One the most endearing love stories ever .....great chemistry between the upperclass lady & the working class lad are amazing and well acted too. Catherine Cookson was a masterful story teller and kudos to BBC or ITV to have had the vision to adapt her books for small screen, hopefully we`ll get some more re-makes of her works. Lovely vid!
I don't,t know much about Katherine Cooking...! But JACK DAVENPORT is REAL UPPER CLASS! ALL HIS BLOOD LINE from MOTHER,s side MARIA AITKEN is BARONS, EARLS... FROM FATHER,s side - ADMIRALS, BARONES...
You can see by his APPEARENCE,& manners... This is NOT the face of simple guy...He is writer too...Did you see JACK DAVENPORT in MARY BRYANT (His face & voice, where he go for promenade w/Mary, before LOVE EPISODE...)THIS ACTOR MAKE EVERY LOVE SCENE SO ROMANTIC W/OUT ANY SHADE OF DEGRADING SEX, W/OUT ANY PERWERDNESS! His SMILE in "COUPLING", as SUN RISE, RADIATE ROOM, HIS LAUGH is INCREADABLE, (make you laugh too...)He CAN NOT BE COMPARE to other ACTORS, HE IS ONE OF A KIND... THE SEXIEST MAN ALIVE! AND HE MAINTAIN HIS INNESENCE TOO! NO ONE EQUAL TO HIM!!!
Almost my favorite story of cockson. Because it´s like a kind of realistic fairytale. You have there, the love between David and Janet, but the second sister, so full of fantasy, of dreams is amazing.
What the heck happened to The Moth movie on here based on Catherine Cookson's book. Can't find it anywhere??? If someone has it please upload it. Thank you.
you can raise the complete film please, have looked for I it in Internet and I have not been able to find it,I am admiring of jack devenport and unfortunately in my country I cannot obtain the films so easy
I've just finished watching the entire 3 part movie and I have to say, if you are seeking period detail and accurate scenes of farm life in Edwardian days, this should be right up your street. Otherwise, a pile of rubbish that will appeal only to the overly sentimental.
Jack Davenport is just so gorgeous in this. I sat through the whole 3 hours because I was just glued to the screen
So, as me, the same...
The best love story ever...fall in love with the main characters...such great chemistry...How can i not love The Moth!
