Sorry, but it was U$CLA and OUW who got greedy and killed the Pac Media contracts should be equal. Post season payouts should be kept by the School that earned them.
I'm very happy my alma mater is no longer in the Pac-12 Clown Conference. The Clown Conference didn't respect what we brought to the table for many decades, so once our legal contractual obligations were over, we said "Bye Felicia!" We could not care less what happens to the Clown Conference. What you see now with all the scrub schools in the conference are the consequences of not respecting the brands that built the conference. I loved the Pac-10 and could've lived with the Pac-16, but the Pac-12 Clown Conference lasted exactly 1 media contract. The Pac-10 had unequal revenue sharing and that led to the largest media contract in college athletics history in 2011, but the scrub schools voted against paying the top 2 brands and demanded equal revenue sharing in a 10-2 vote. At that point, the die was cast and the important schools decided to leave after that media contract. Be careful what you wish for. Should've paid the schools that deserved more. Now it's going to be a G6 conference. Have fun with that.
