Even tho we disagree on politics to a certain extent (I prefer infrastructure bills as opposed to more tax cuts for the rich for example and I would never hire someone who can't even run a casino successfully to be in charge of the store) I do love your content and watch your videos all the time. It's sad this country has allowed the propagandists from both sides to divide us like it has. Maybe one day we can all realize we are just people and freedom is way better than authoritarianism and we might once again live peaceably with each other. Until then I fear it will continue to be a rocky road. But as I said, I love your videos and they are a wonderful buffer in all this conflict! There's a certain peacefulness to them.

I would suggest that Mike use his local school that has a mechanics class. The students need something to work on and Blueford has the time and the need to be better. Usually parts and a donation is the cost and different areas can benefit from this project. Paint and body, tires, hydraulic, welding. A win win adventure for all and Blueford lives again!

Personally I believe they allowed it to happen. The gunshots sound different to me in the first 8 shots. Video shows that only 5 shell casings were found on the roof top, yet the FBI Director said there were 8 shell casings on the rooftop. Things aren’t adding up. Allowing the government to investigate itself will never produce answers. We need accountability in government. I will be voting for Trump in November. I just pray that our country will unite and stop being so divided. ❤️🇺🇸

Your right Mike, it doesn't take but a minute or two to get acclimated to the split fire splitter again and your in full swing. The more i watch you on the Vermeer "Mini Beast" the more i like it, it's amazing the things you can do with it. I told some of the commenters when they said they could not see why you would buy such machine, i said give it time, i have learned, sit back and watch a few videos and his use will inform us how great it is for his operation, and how many tasks it will perform. Like excellent for hauling to West Virginny :) and work among the close quarters of the white oaks and such. Mike checks things out, researches thoroughly and puts a pencil [the math] to it, and if he buys it, it will fit his operation, not only as a time saver, but economical, and versatile as well :) I have seen enough to say, The Vermeer is great for Outdoor with the Morgan's operation: :) ❤💯🙏

Hi Mike, I wouldn’t put poison in or by the machine, cause then your just using the bait for attracting mice. They don’t die right away after eating it. They will tell the others and then they will make nests in the excavator. Only saying this by experience. I like to spray my machines with a light coating of WD-40. The outer part of the machine. Wherever you think they will climb up onto it. Mice and others rodents don’t like the smell and don’t like to get their feet oiled. Got this trick from an old time farmer. Hope that helps. John from NY.

Every three months I place bait in 3 inch PVC pipe sections that I strategically leave around my farm. We have not had any varmints or critters damage any equipment since. Before, I had thousands of dollars worth of repairs that were not easy to fix. I learned that to outsmart a ground squirrel, a rat or a mouse that you have to give them a tunnel to hide in so the PVC is the ideal place to put the bait.

Repurpose the plastic tank inside the tote to make a roof to cure firewood works great. Cut bottom foot off tank, slit the 4 corners and wash toughly. Thet last for years and set tote on some scrap splits on one side to create a Slope for tote to shed water. No need to shed totes. The few inches of exposed cord wood dries so fast after rain/thaw it's a non-issue. Don't pack tote's tight to walls or each other for good air flow. Place totes on a protected side of building to quill driving rains.
Keep that expensive roof area for better use. Oh, and don't wrap sides of totes. Run a few that way and you'll see how well it works. Esp. if your kiln drying to Finnish. Getting a moisture prob is a good investment now that your running lumber & checking firewood is a bonus. Have a blessed day and thank God for Trum p's protection. Kenmann

You spoke of a mouse, in Texas, the mice and other vermin can really do a number on us and the wording in our cars and tractors. I use some chips or shredded bark, dry as I can make it, and douse it in peppermint oil. Fill an old sock with about a baseball size ball of the bark and put that high up in the engine bay. It won’t catch fire as long as you are away from the exaust, and repels most four legged critters for about six or so months at a treatment. My two pennys, hope I helped, enjoy!

A trick to keep the mice out of the engine compartment of cars / heavy equipment etc. Use an old prescription container (plastic pill bottle,) drill just a couple holes (3 - 4) with a 1/8" in. (0.125" in.) Use some peppermint oil, pour on / over a cotton ball (don't drown it with the peppermint oil, just a couple of drops) place the cotton balls into the pill bottle, place and or tape some where in the engine compartment. Rinse and repeat every 4 (four) to 6 (six) months. The only thing your doing is pouring more peppermint oil onto the cotton ball. A tell tale sign if you need to "service" the cotton ball, is can you smell the peppermint oil, if not time for more THE MICE HATE THE peppermint oil.

Hi Mike, I appreciate the content you all put out. Great stuff!
Regarding Mice and rodents in equipment: I’ve tried poison, moth balls, Irish spring soap, mint oil etc. 1 thing has worked and worked amazingly: Cayenne Pepper. You can get a big container of it and sprinkle it around in engine bays. Only side effect is a little bit of taco smell when engine warms up. Try it. It works amazingly

I can't vouch for the validity of this procedure, but I use it anyway. I store my Kubota TG1860 mower and my Kubota MX4700 tractor inside an enclosed barn. I leave both hoods up, having been told that mice don't like the open exposure. I also have one of those sonic devices plugged into one of the outlets. So far, so good with no chewed up wiring or trailer damage that I know of.

Mike , am very happy to see how adept you have become with the split force moving those big heavy rounds around. Back in the early days of watching you and Melissa moving rounds around , I would sometimes worry about you guys . I now have a bunch ( 20 ) of metal whatever’s ( multiple fusion surgeries ) holding my lower back together from doing similar activities.

Fresh Cab rodent repellent, or Grandpa Gus mouse repellent works GREAT for keeping mice away!

MIKE====>>> Various manufacturers use soy-based wiring in some vehicles to be eco-friendly. However, some consumers have reported problems with this type of wiring, primarily arising from rodents chewing the wires.

Don’t know if this is the case here but in my experience when something goes wrong in a high security situation, the investigation progress and results are rarely publicized. They may present a summary of the findings but it will likely be short on detail. They don’t want to give away too many procedural details.

Dont use poison if you can avoid it. Your dogs might get ahold of it. We use some kind of peppermint spray AND cakes made from peanut butter and baking soda. Evidently, rodents cant burp up the gas and they burst
