As humans we cannot read minds and everyone thinks the other person should be a mind reader when it's just not gonna happen. You forgot that they are engaged.....who goes on therapy couples when is in engaged situation...?! Those are the first years witch means love passion and happiness and lot of comunication....i think they have some problems of comunication who bring them to a therapy couch and this so early is not good for a life relationship....ok after 7 or 10 years but now...? I would expect to do a second child but not to be on psychological therapy....
