Wherever you buy your blanks from should say the time and temp for the substrate. I tend to do 385 for 60 seconds on most things unless the description says something else. My heat press runs hot, so I don’t normally do 400 degrees.

What software program are you using that has the template sized that you just put the picture in the right size square?
I use affinity designer. I create a square and then create a clipping mask to add the picture into the square.

My coasters all curl up. What can I do to keep them straight?
Are your coaster the neoprene type? Once off the press, I would say to put something heavy on it.
I love your videos...I tried making coasters but it keep ghosting how can I make it stop I have tried 22x and still the same result?
Make sure to tape it down really well. And take off the sublimation paper really fast in one swoop.
