The avg shown is in l/100km unit thats a different unit from km/l, u can change it through settings in menu. 7.5l/100 will be around 13.4 km/l 👍.

The only disadvantage of this model is service cost which is changing a clutch plate costs 75k +

@@sam-fu7sc bro rmy friend replaced his Tjet on 2016, when you need to replace clutch you need to also replace as whole kit including fly wheel assembly, and cylinder, which costs 45k, including labour. Now it may be 75k since model is out dated.

Good review of a truly unsung hero of a car! I have a diesel linea, 6 years old, done 78k km till date. Powerful, stable, heavy and safe car with excellent ride and handling. I believe the reasons for the failure of FIAT in India are many. First of all of course lack of marketing, including reviews by so called experts who bashed these cars for 2-3 kmpl less mileage compared to other flimsy cans. FIAT lacked the business acumen or willingness to humour such experts. We FIAT owners enjoy the ride while it lasts, with occasional service problems.

You feel your inside a armoured vehicle, last Dec I drove upto trivandrum from Chennai ...me and my family came as fresh as we strated....other cars of family members came tired
It's a joy to turn in tough corners . I challenge never ever any car can give that beautiful feeling of exactness .....
In the same road sitting inside an EcoSport it was like a rough sea in bumpy road
Once you sit in the Linea and travel in the smae road ...I challenge you will stop the car and look below ...if any new road is laid ....
Cruise Control takes you even in bridges ...uncanny ...I don't know..
In the road and because of its massive size ....you are king as other vehicles stop and makes you pass ....
Maintenance in cheaper..... You enjoy it when you drive at 80kmph in the highway ...
Fiat ensures safety as First priority you can keep only small water bottles...no holders for big bottles due to safety ...the rear door glass still goes down half only giving security for children
The ground clearance is also good
Good maintenance can keep the car moving for decades

She can reach 180s easily. In that case your milage drops. Driving in normal speed gives you a mileage of 12-13 kmpl

Hi Sarav, very good review. I own a tjet and can tell you that this beast can deliver mileage from 7-18 kmpl. Highways with normal driving within 90-100 I always get 16-17kmpl. But city conditions la only single digits!

Bro, Overall the review was good.. Good job!. I own a Fiat punto evo Diesel Multijet. Solid build quality, Elegant look and good performance car. Hydraulic power steering gives more confidence when cornering at high speeds. Diesel variant of punto and linea gives 15-17/l mileage in City drive and 20-22 in highways.. The same petrol engine is also used in abarth punto. Try reviewing punto 90hp diesel and abarth punto. 🙂

Drive TJET LINEA...u will not drive any car in india... I am playing with this car still I love to drive everyday...and go for long trips.... But life not giving me time to enjoy my Linea... Look at the boot opening mechanism. It has hydraulic struts! No c shaped hinges that eat into boot space. At this price point, this is a fantastic addition.

I have this car...2009 Fire Active, Petrol, 90 bhp....we can't just say it is a car... it is really a tank..once my car's rear side body hit on a vertical standing pipe on the corner of a road circle while I am maneuvering reverse, what I thought, oh god, my car's body may have dented, but surprisingly, I noticed, nothing happened to my car, but left only some minuet scratches on the painted area, but the vertical pipe on road was bend down.... Thanks to Fiat.. And the other things like the Driving Comfort is really amazing with cool and silent engine...

Bought an TJet recently 11 in avg city or highway. Turbo sing in your ears after 2.5k RPM. Models after 2014 has more ground clearance but Road presence may be lacking when compared to the previous year models but still Fiat beats others in this(Linea Tjet)

I have not seen this video when I purchase linea mjet diesel. I am proud of this car even after 6 years. I am get 17 km per litre in average. But service network not satisfied after closer of this Fiat workshops. The car rules the road when drive in highway

Due to BS6 norms, Fiat stopped in India. Most of the European cars will give less mileage than Asian cars. My Grande Punto 1.4 Fire is giving 12-13kmph on hi-ways, i am not using much for city rids. The reason why it didn't sold much is overpricing. 5 years back itself it was 14L. That is the reason. Apart from that it is a typical solid European car.
4 cylinder turbo engine is an excellent engineering. Love that light curvy design. Missing Fiat here.
bro for 1liter is not 7.5km but 7.5l/100km is an average. you just divite 100/7.5 : 13.33 km. so for 1l your mileage is 13.33 km so for a petrol car and city driving is a gold mileage.
