- The Amarr Empire is the largest of the empires in New Eden, spanning a colossal 40% of the inhabited solar systems in the cluster. Amarr is a theocracy and a ritualistic, authoritarian imperial state where the ruling figure, Empress Catiz I, holds near-absolute power. Religion remains of great importance to every Amarr, a fervor which at various times has been responsible both for great good and great evil. They believe their mission is to reclaim the wayward and deliver them from evil, seeing themselves as the chosen of the one true god.

@@averysmith5911 that chronicle was about 1st gen titans (Iapetans), those where about Keepstar size or so. 2nd gen that are ingame are much smaller and aren't able to cause such cataclysmic effects. The main controversy regarding ships in atmosphere however is tritanium slowly degrading inside it into some explosive substance, but there's a possibility that it remains stable as far as shields are up and/or armor and hull are energized so atmospheric dives could be possible for space ships.

@@averysmith5911 The lore makes no sense. The mass of a Titan (2 100 000 000 kg) is virtually nothing in gravitational terms, so it shouldn't be able to even affect 0.001 G forces if it was within a meter of a particle of mass. Dmitry's comment has more useful info.
@@northowl this. Only the ipaetans (super-titans that dwarf a regular titan 500-1) would do that. Regular titans could probably sail nicely through the atmosphere with shielding, good thrust, and proper aerial maneuvers no problem

Biased devs, why did minmatar get almost 2 min and the other factions get a meager 40-50 sec when there's obviously a lot more to each one of them.
I was just thinking the same thing. The minmatar one got like epic music and plenty of fight scenes. Ill bet the Caldari will get the Minmatar treatment too as "fighting the oppressive Gallente" or something.

It may be the devs who worked on the Minmatar video think like the Minmatar. Its message is strong enough to invoke the desire and dream of freedom. For the other factions to get a similarly strong message out their dev teams must subscribe to the ideology heart and soul. I don't think you'd find that without a war really breaking out at CCP HQ.
(Can you imagine desk jockeys brandishing battle axes up in Iceland? That's what it'll take for the other three factions to get their message across.) CCP Hilmar, take note.

yeah , when the gallente one came i loved it , then the minmatar one came and ofc it was the best , then i saw the caldari and amarr ones just a week ago, and i must say allthough i roleplay into hating deeply the caldari theyr trailer does indeed give a pride to be caldari , i hate the fact the amarr embrace slavery, but right now i am soo deeply fascinated with the amarr trailer that it even foreshadows the minmatar one in my (single) opinion, but as i watched the 4 trailer and loved all of them , as i see people in the coments admiting that theyr rival´s videos are good i came to a conclusion some may have not came to yet, to watch the 4 trailers as a all is of a significant diference, you leave the point where you claim your faction is the best and the others suck and you enter a state where you can enjoy the lore of the 4 factions clashing against each other, the truth is that , that they only work against each other , theyr patriotism bases a lot on fighting the others, no faction should ever be completly destroyed (triglavians included) as its theyr wars what makes us admire them
