Exmoor Half Marathon | The Trail Events Co

Exmoor Half Marathon (24k) on Oct 29th 2017.
This incredible race was organised by The Trail Events Company, there are four different race distances, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon, and 50k Ultra.
They also do events in Brecon, Glencoe and Lulworth Cove which I'm hoping to take part in next year

I ran the 50K - or what was meant to be 50K until marshalls sent us the wrong way! This brings back some great memories though, will be back to hopefully have a full crack at the distance next time

I know exactly the point in the race you're on about because the was confusion when I got there. I remember getting to the 21k mark and still being along the coast and thinking... I'm still a couple of miles away from the finish. Luckily it turned out to be 24k and I hadn't missed my turning.
I'm going back this year to do the ultra, all signed up and ready.

The trail was stunning, couldn't fault the location - the section we missed was about 3 miles and 1,000 ft climbing so it was quite a serious chunk! I'll go back one day and finish properly!
