Thank you for posting this. Any footage with the late Will Owsley is greatly appreciated! In case you didn't know, Will (playing electric guitar in this video) passed away, April 30th, 2010.
@cbunga Amen to that! I miss Will. He was truly a great musician, singer and songwriter. We lost a great talent and from what I've heard, he was also just a great guy as well. So, so sad. God bless Will and his family.
i know it's been a while, but if you're still interested, this show would have aired in 2007 because she is plugging her book and greatest hits cd, which were released at that time. peace
Thank you . . . I was trying to figure it out . . . Given the date and seeing Will Owsley playing as I know he passed away the first week of May 2010 . . .
@lucieows I'm so sorry to hear that your brother passed. This is my first time hearing this. I've admired your brother's guitar playing ever since I saw him on Michael W. Smith's concert DVD. Amy Grant made a guest appearance. He was SUCH a great talent. We were at the MWS/Amy Grant show in Nashville last February and I was disappointed Will was not there. My condolences to you. My own brother Bobby died at the age of 46 of a heart attack so I understand that loss. God bless you.
My first Amy Grant song was this song when I was just a teenager back in the 80’s !!! I always loved this song and though she has a limited vocal range and she to be struggling here, she always has a warm voice and this song and I will Remember You really capture it!! P..s. Raw and not so perfect vocals is way better then lip syncing for me anyday !! This arrangement gives you that coffee house/ living room vibe!! Xoxo 😘 to you Amy! Thank you for these songs!
It’s tough getting older and losing your vocal range a bit. I definitely know all about that one. Drop this down a half step and she could easily belt this out like she did when she was young.
Yes, her range has been reduced a bit, but the quality & strength of her voice has somewhat deteriorated as well: likely, a result of age too. “It happens”….some singers retain their voices well into their more mature years & others don’t.
Thank you God for giving us the gift of Amy Grant and her music !!!
I'm so glad I got to watch you in concert for free on TH-cam
Thank you who make this possible. I don't have a job.
One word = Beautiful
Such a unique voice. I love her!
we love you, Amy Grant :)
Great one Amy! The gal back-up singer is fantastic as well!!
RIP, Will. Miss you buddy. You were incredible. Say hi to Jake for me.
She is so Beautiful!
I've always been a huge fan!
It's always been my favorite song .
One of my favorite songs!

The title and the lyrics is just what a couple should here from a marriage counselor.
