I've seen kids that weigh 80lbs and dudes that are 200+ do em lol. I'm about 190 on a good day and it definitely helps to weigh more cause you can throw the bike around a lot easier. But this is all in my opinion and I'm sure someone will chime in and say I'm wrong lol.
