Thanks for these videos, coffee and the roasting aspect is super interesting to me, and it seems like there are so many rabbit holes to dive down into which gets the hobby-side of my brain going. That being said, I have another part of my brain always thinking about this end of it as well, and the insight into small-business coffee from you is valuable. Thanks again!

Thank you for sharing your advice. It might be intended to your audience in America, but it definitely applies to anyone interested in working in/around the coffee industry.
Having lived with friends who own and run their own specialty-coffee roasteries and cafes in Bali (Indonesia), Saigon / Hanoi / Da Nang (Vietnam), Chiang Mai (Thailand) and Bacolod (Philippines) ... for sure witnessed how they turned their home-office operation into booming multi-store businesses. Are they as passionate with coffee like Day 1? It seems less so. I'd visit their cafes with concerning facial expressions during pay-day or during monthly logistics inventory. Also, now they are very concerned about the sustainability aspects of the coffee supply chain (machine, parts, coffee beans) ... especially finding and training good baristas who are willing to work for a long-term (6 - 12 months). Are they enjoying? I feel they are addicted to scale up their businesses more than ever.
It's inspiring to see these vlogs, where you share the common frustrations of any coffee enthusiast in both pre/post coffee-production stages. More power! And looking forward to the next vlog.

Totally. Thanks for the feedback. In the end I think we generally have a human experience with it all.
