when i was in the concert and they played this piece, the announcer said the piece was called 美しき世界の理 which roughly means "The principle of a beautiful world" :)

2:57 I got chill down my spine when hearing this on 2nd trailer. This just so epic. It's like you stood there with your team for the final battle
When I saw the trailer I was like what game is this my friend laughed at me and said it's monster hunter and said Ive been missing out. Then he recommended I try World:IB so I know how this game plays out.
So after like 600+ hours in finishing both World Iceborne and Rise Sunbreak. im ready and looking forward to make new memories and experience this game. 😊

A new hunter joins the fray
Start : opens on a waste, unhospitable, deserted land.
0:30 : as seen during the trailer, the desert changes, and transforms into a savanna, teeming with fauna and tall grass (0:50 : start of the "animal documentary", big landscapes, animals living, a feeling of wonder).
1:25 : human village. Monsters are coming, the whole village flees to safety.
2:10 : a Doshaguma (orange/red lion/bear) has broken through the defenses and entered the village (just like in the trailer), we can still hear the villagers fleeing to safety while Doshaguma rampages.
1:25 (edit: 2:25) : the hunter is here, and fights Doshaguma fiercely.
2:45 : the rest of the Doshaguma pack has arrived, they slowly approach the hunter like lions cornering prey.
3:00 : the reinforcements arrive, all hunters unite and fight the doshaguma to turn the tide of the battle.
3:28 : the pack of monsters retreats! Victory! And peace comes back to the village.
When I heard this track I envisionned this "movie" in my head, I have rarely gotten so emotional to music in my life
You know what this sounds like? Music for a nature documentary, I can 100% see what direction they are taking this game

For those wondering this was from an orchestral performance that took place on the 14 of this month, and this is the only wilds related song they preformed.
Has some Ben Hur/Ten Commandments like thematic elements in it. (specifically 3:15 area) Really fits the epic setting.
it has the Monster Hunter Stories Bonding winds feels on the tunes with Proof of a Hero

Idk about this song. It sounds more martial and far less contemplative than Stars at our Backs in World. This was a song that made me vibe while this one... meh.
World theme was design to make you gaze at the World, it gives you the feeling of "explore, admire, fight, overcome, win!"
On the other hand this song looks like it was designed to make you feel like you are in a Journey and you are reaching your goal at the end when the song starts to pump up, that's why I used that cover art, its you looking ahead the place you want to reach, starts slow, with bumps in the road, but you end up getting where you wanted to go, listen to it again and think about riding the Seikret, running between monsters, and reaching your destination, and the song fits perfectly with what we have seen so far.
Setting a goal, exploration, destination, and admiring the world while doing all of that. (I fell like the song is perfect for MHWilds, it wouldn't fit MHWorld tho)
There's something chaotic about this song which feels like that of nature untamed, if World's theme worked in an American Forest, this one is set smack in the Serengeti.
@@TheDijinn this might indeed be down to personal preference. I tend to favour lyrical songs that express a more personal point of view rather than an overlaying epic theme. But in those i prefer movements that are far bolder and more sweeping, this felt more subdued. Also, the leitmotiv doesn't really work for me while World's was a suite of amazing Arpeggio. This feels more like Astora's but without the humour.
Oof sorry to hear that...For me its the best theme in the series since MH tri. But "Nay, the honour is all ours" from Iceborne slaps hard Af tho

@@emperorpalpatine4953 oh yeah definitely, the way it goes into the og motiff after teasing you for the entire first phase is awesome. I’m just saying that her themes in rebirth are awesome too. Like the guitar in Tenacity or the chants in Emergent are both just so cool.
