See the Acme model 1210/2 centerless grinding/polishing system in action! This Acme industrial system is a dual abrasive belt grinding machine and can handle tube and bar finishing from 72" - 240" in length and 1/2" to 9" in diameter with a two-step process. Using a LOSMA wet recirculation system this solution is capable of finishing steel, aluminum, titanium, and carbide.
It produces consistent and highly accurate results, with up to .060" stock removal.
