Yea me and my family would make a cheese cracker and maybe some summer sausage or salami board and watch movies on rainy afternoons I like my extra old cheddar but a nice soft brie on a rice cracker so good oh and chevre on a rosemary and olive oil triscut is the best

I've never thought of summer sausage as an old people thing, and having made millions of pounds of it at Johnsonville, I'll stand by that. I just consider a bunch of summer sausage with a chunk of cheddar cheese on the side to be a post-workout food. 60 grams of brotein in each of those packages. Gotta put a lot of whole grain spicy mustard on top.
As a teenager, I ate fried head cheese at a friends house. I think everything tastes good if no one tells you what it is first, lol! We ate slices of it on sandwiches.
