Honestly my biggest take away from this episode is that I really want to make a hotdog cheesecake now. I think it would be great with caramelized hotdogs and onions as the topping sprinkled with toasted cashews. It'll be like onion jam cheesecake - which is already delicious - but with added texture and a nice salty balance 🤷🏾♀️
