I finally got organic split mung beans online and made this last week and it turned out perfect if I do say so myself😀. My non-plant based foodie daughter really loved it! It is quite hearty so very satisfying! BTW I freeze my aqua faba and it worked perfectly once thawed! I think I’m going to try this with one of Jill’s crust recipes for fun. Love the variety of foods that our Kitchen Magician creates!!! Thank you, Jill!!!❤️

That's a BlendTec blender, but the commercial one. I've seen them at Jamba Juice. I have a BlendTec Blender but it isn't the one that she has where it has a pull down contraption. Mine goes on top of a regular blender base. These blenders have a 7 year warranty.

    Hi Jill,
Just wondering if instead of the liquid 'egg' batter using mung beans, I could make this with a very finely ground chickpea flour slurry/batter and put all the dry/powder ingredients and spices into that? I think the coloring will be very similar. Thanks!
