I just finishen crafting around 1000 different potions for raid launch - most of the materials I farmed while leveling! Cooking is also on my to-do. Got a slow start since I migrated to alliance rofl
yooo morten that's amazing. alch is what i wish i had but my alch alt is level 70...rip. highly recommend getting cooking started soon. each recipe takes 3 days to get and you need to buy 2 total BEFORE the good ones since leveling 450+ requires those token recipes. pro tip is to check each city to find a quest that gives 2 tokens. you can only do 1 quest per day but the 2 is better than the 1
I am loving making gold in cata in my server as soon as you put something up it is sold you cant keep stuff on the AH quick enough without someone buying instantly lol which has helped me get geared
I started playing wow when classic prepatch naxx happened and I gotta say bro you've become my favorite go to how to wow yters. So just wanted to say thanks for the videos theyve definitely saved my ass a few times. Theyve been very helpful

power leveled transmute master to max lday 3. Was selling shadowspirit diamonds hand over fist for 900g. And had a truegold x4 proc when the price was at 3.3k Used those profits to level my JC/Engineering/Tailor to max
Where is this magical realm where you can list basic crafting items at crazy high prices and people actually buy it? My Ah is useless, everybody is leveling and dumping everything on AH so ores, elements and gems a stupid cheap and barely sells. Even 346 BOEs barely sell because everyone is following the same strategies!
hmm..i think i only play at peak hours on one of the biggest 2 servers so my experience is different. in SOD i feel this 100% where I can do everything right and not get the sale sometimes (even at the peak population) - some things are just easier on the big server

yeah there's a level of intelligence around the game that is frightening now. i think the main culprit is the addons, tsm with the desktop app basically tells you if something is good to buy or not. i really noticed it in sod. if i tried to jack the price of an item up by a miniscule 10 silver..nobody would buy it lol
I rushed JC and transmute master on my alts and I made around the same amount. But now my rare cuts don’t make profit, prospecting feels so marginal it’s annoying, and truegold makes about 50g profit. Truegold still feels worth it for the proc chances, but the only other thing is dailies that feel worth the time to me now.
i use kiwifarm and auctionator combined - scan the AH and then you can see how much you are bringing in. just write down how much you spent on ores soemwhere
monocolored gem cuts this early is a bad recommendation. look at the profit margin on red gems, 30-50g max and meanwhile theres purple green or orange cuts going for hundreds more than the raw gem is worth, even bis meta cuts and 60stam/40 resi. waste of marks imo
its a fair point - i cut a good line about how i prioritize gems. i go for one of each color first so red yellow orange etc (brilliant inferno..reckless topaz.. etc etc ) my point was to prio 1 of each first. as for which one, i look at the bis lists and find which gem is listed the most. haven't done that work fully but a safe bet is it's brilliant inferno.if i post a red for 40g profit and it sells instantly that's a lot nicer than a purple with 200g profit that gets undercut and never sells. but i see your point, ultimately it'd be best to have 5 jc alts and do 1 of each and have a factory. i did..not..plan that far ahead
lol i hate open world farms so much i just had to put them in for people with 0 gold since they need to get started somehow. i far perfer AH / profession stuff now.
glyphs are expensive for sure they are part of the new era of professions that reward the longtimem most knowledgeable players with essentially free money

Forget gold guides. Inspect EVERY ITEM for its transmog value. Transmog is huge. Always aim your sights on the collectors
