- There was an emotional reunion between a Goldendoodle and his owner after the dog was thought to be lost forever in the wilderness. Video shows a traumatized one-year-old Bentley hesitantly walking towards his owner after wandering the Colorado Rocky Mountains for nearly three weeks. The dog was dehydrated and malnourished. His fur was matted, but he finally recognized his mom and walked into her arms. 21-year-old college student, Samantha Orr, is overwhelmed with relief. #InsideEdition

The focus of the story is more about that she founds her dog. Not about the accident. She died, they told it. What else can you say about it? That it is unbelieveble sad for her we all can imagine.

That's because there's more that happened with the dog than with her mom. Her mom died, that's about the end of that story. I'm not saying that her death is insignificant, but there really isn't much to be said about her death other than it was because of a car accident. The dog was in the car accident, didn't die and was lost out there for a good chunk of time, and then after so long finally reunited with the owner.

Bradley Uppercrust III to her that dog probably was family and they probably searched for the others one too. No sane person is only just gonna look for the dog. The dog had ran off during the crash while any other human would’ve been injured or thrown from the vehicle. If a person got hurt they probably wouldn’t get far and would’ve been found easily by any rescues crew.

The seat belts for rock crawling should always be a six-point harness. If Jeep is going to advertise the Rubicon as a go anywhere 4x4 they need to install a six-point harness as standard equipment.

I used to do amateur rally racing, so I've flipped a vehicle or three more than once... and believe me a 6-point harness holds you secure and you do not Bounce Around. Would she have been injured... yes, but she would not have been banging into the steering wheel, the dashboard, roll bars, or the shifter.

Im glad she at least has the comfort of knowing that Bentley is with her now, the mom's death part was tragic but I feel so grateful that she has her dog to provide more comfort to her life since that tragic accident, I think it's kind of therapeutic for her.

The jeep they had looked more than capable of the trail. Looked like it had a lift and maybe 35s. With no spotter, high center of gravity and the wrong loose rock. Not safe at all. I'm sorry she lost her mom though.

I initially found it strange that she stood and filmed her lost dehydrated starving dog but the true horror of her situation is explained (briefly) that she lost her mother and dog after a traumatic accident. Lucky to survive herself. I guess that this is part of her grief process. My heart goes out to her and her family. So glad she found her beloved pooch. Well done to the kind empathetic stranger who helped.
