I will always believe that the lucky guy in jail is based off of the older version of idv where you go in to the basement and there were lucky guys in a cage trying to get out. (I didn't play the game back then but I saw some old game plays lol)

It means you can't replace antique photos. They're antiques, which means you can't get a new photo, and you can't MAKE a new photo, so there's basically only one photo in existence. You're unable to replace the only photo taken EVER, and you CANNOT replicate it and or make a new one
