The title of the video ("Slow speed landing due to strong gusty crosswind") is pissing me off. That shows the author has no clue about aviation... For a given aircraft, a given configuration and a given load the landing airspeed is always the same in good weather condition. In gusty/strong wind, usually the airplanes uses a less flap setting which leads to a higher landing airspeed. The low groundspeed of the airplanes in this video is because of the headwind component which is quite high, and NOT because of the gusty crosswind!!!
