this is actually more crucial than most people think!
It’s so true!!! Thanks dude
honestly agree to this
I guess Im asking randomly but does anybody know of a trick to get back into an instagram account??
I was dumb lost the password. I love any tips you can give me
6:24 That!, that is a simple thing that none of the others say... It's really the kind of look you're working on, the kind of contrast on the WB you're looking for, that was it... Really thank you man
I’ve learned more about color temperature, white balance, and lighting from your channel in the last couple hours than I have in the last year. I’m glad I found your channel. Thank you, Brady!
It's Nickelback!
This video has been the most valuable video ive fkund in white balnce. I went down the road of discovering all of the nuance with this topic this evening, and this video helped clear pretty much everything up! Thank you much!
I want to say thank you so much. I've been searching so hard for the answer to this. Two different colors and how to set the WB. You also explained it amazingly.
Clear concise and to the point. The examples you use and the why behind them were great as well.
Excellent! I like the campfire and moonlight on the pines example. That kind of situation is exactly where white balance gets confusing, and I like your approach: find the middle ground.
Video I needed!!! I was looking all over youtube for a practical tutorial.. and then your video showed up in my feed. Huge thanks!!
Setting my white balance has been struggle and this video really helped me understand how to set my camera set according to how I want the shot to look. Thank you for this video!
Dude, you are killing it. I cannot believe you do not have way more followers, but you will. I have been shooting for 25 years and still learn things from you..
That is a huge compliment. Thank you so much
@@BradyBessette you deserve it, you are very talented and nice for sharing your experience, most guys don’t usually like helping others unfortunately..
Thank you for this information!!! Totally clears up so much for me!!! Was wondering this very question! Thanks again!!!
Thank you so much, Brady, for reading my comment and bringing it to this class! I really get some lesson from today's class bout this WB things. Godspeed always
Thank you so much JP, cheers!
Thanks for such a clear and well-structured video - it really helped clarify it for me and made it easy to understand.
I’m so glad I stumbled on this video! I just shot a video of my presentation and the colors just shifted from warm to cool and all over because my camera was set to auto white balance and adjusted based on the slides. So annoying. Now I know to just set the temp that best matches the environment. Thanks for the video very helpful!
Dude you’re amazing. That was the best explanation I’ve ever heard.
Awesome tutorial! Took me a while to get my head around why you have to push the white balance up to make the image look warmer but thanks to this video, it all makes sense now.
It always stumped me!! Thank you!
I like your style and pace. Perfect balance to share knowledge, I love it. Cheers! Great quality videos!

This was a great explanation for us newbies, thank you!
Thank you for explaining this. Helped me a lot! 🎬🎥🎞️
Great video! It really helped me to understand, that white is more subjective than objective - in a very sensitive way. It is hard to explain, because I was very close all the time, but this video gave me the the knowledge of experience that I needed to grow. Thanks!
thank you storyblocks for having this tutorial!

Amazing video, so perfectly explained. Is it possible to use any of these techniques to calibrate a monitor's white balance? Maybe with or without a gray card?

EXCELLENT description. Mostly because this helps in real life. White cards and grey cards are awesome technical tools, but they don’t generally work in the real world. Thanks for sharing. 😉🙏
Thanks Brady! Another excellent class, its always hard to know how to white balance an scene with different color temperatures.
You touch one of the fundamentals, white balance, now you have to explain how to expose right! ;)
I can do that!!
always fun modeling!!❤️
It always is a blast love
awesome quality material..gave me a complete understanding..Tq brother ❤️❤️🇮🇳
Excellent vidéo, thank you
Best explanation with practical example
this channel and its videos are unnecessarily helpful
This clarified EVERYTHING
Great and helpful video! Thank you!
Thank you!!
So finally you are the one that taught me the key to white balancing
No way really???
As someone who has been filming a lot of weddings recently, this video was really helpful due to the multiple color temperatures happening at once. Like how do I set white balance when they have tungsten lights outdoors at night
Thank you so much! It’s always a tricky thing
Thanks..warched five times and clearly understood white balance ..Thanks....
That’s the goal!! Awesome!
Fire scene is so nice bro! Great as always.
Thank you James!
That was so clear and educative
Thank you SO much
Thanks for spending 10min and getting the advice "go and try for yourselfe" - very good lessen
Fantastic thanks for making it so easy to understand. Subbed.
Its like you knew i was researching about this and white balance shifting /tint
I did...👀
Enlightening! Been struggling to decide what is the right way to set white balance. Everyone I ask were saying to match the light source to have pure white. But doing some christening, doing that it just messes the overall feel of the church, and I like that warm feeling. I struggle for a while with that. What was right or wrong. This helps understand the concept of white balance more. Thanks !
It is these basic details that make up a great movie!
Thank you very much
🗣 BRADY BREEZY BACK WITH ANOTHER INFORMATIVE CLIP !!
Hahahahahha I laughed
Excellent!!!!!
man, you're really getting better and better at teaching, sensei

Thank you!!
Thank God somebody is teaching white balance! Thanks a lot brady. Other TH-camrs are like "take this brush and click it'll adjust"
Oh yeah the brush does perfect work 😅lol thank you
Pretty good, thanks 🙏
Thanks !!
btw this was actually useful since i set my WB with a point and shoot style app. it's very accurate most of the time, but sometimes it was slightly off for what i wanted the final result to be and i finally figured out why until @ 5:30 i got so used to the app, i stopped trusting what i was seeing out of my camera.
I’m glad you found this useful!
Thank you for this video.
Generally, what would you recommend for shooting a mare camp fire sort ambiance video with no people, just one consistent scene?
And or an evening sunset?
Thank you
Easy and simple explanation of WB i have ever seen.
Thank you very much!
Most clear all youtube!!!
Thank you!!
No, thank you
That's just what I've been looking for.
