  • In this tutorial, I explain in details how I direct warp my Ashford rigid heddle loom. I wanted to share all my weaving knowledge and this is why I tried to include as many tips and insight as possible. For example, I explain my advices to achieve better tension throughout a project. I also present to you my set up for direct warping horizontally. Finally, I show you how to wind the warp onto the back beam if you are alone.

    I love your video, I warp like you do but I really appreciated your taping the kraft paper to a cardboard stick, that makes so much sense and will make adding the paper so much easier. Thank you!
