But when I run 10 km I get really fatigued and with pain. do you recommend before training aerobic with long running or training speed component? Thanks.
Find your maintenance calories then deduct around 400 calories. This will reduce your body fat and maintain muscle mass. Don’t forget to workout at least 3 times a week and walk for at least 30 minutes everyday
