@@nicholascole3434 yep. it's was the 90's so blame the parents for that. back then parents wanted cartoons to be educational and for children to learn something remember those planeteer alerts at the end of every episode of captain planet and the planeteers before the end credits. at least in the double dragons cartoon it's not as bad and "the educational stuff" isn't shoved down kids throat like the end of every episode of "captain planet."
I love how Jimmy put Billy's code of the Dragon sayings in Laymen's terms. LOL
